been feeling kinda emotionally restless. unsettled.
maybe it’s due to the fact that it’s really taking hell long to even get my pes status.
maybe it’s because most of my freelance work is more or less done.
maybe it’s because i dunno if the doctor appointment will ever change my future.
but one thing i’m really feeling is wad u call drifting away i guess.
i guess deep down i’m still quite a sticky person when it comes to friendship.
toned down alot since pri sch best buddy’s incident.
but now everyone is having their own lives,
some friends whom u used to be v close to is getting harder and harder to talk to
but i’m glad that there’s still friends who’s readily around.
like lis whom i talk to almost everyday in msn and ah hock (well this is a tough case…) who does contact me when he book out. and of course the usual dota gang
haven been posting about such bluish stuff for a long time.
that’s why i say long updates are usually not good.
next i’ve been somehow gaming.
TRIED…
devil may cry 4, grid, gta st andreas, sims, space siege and mass effect
call me picky but almost none of the game appeal to me
mass effect stands out most. i’d rank it the best game i played amongst these games.
nitpicking time
dmc4 really tried too hard making dynamic camera, making the controls and gameplay really quite sucky and irritating. the repetitive actions is kinda boring. technically i got bored by mission 4. graphics is very very nice though.
grid i guess is a very nice game. extremely realistic physics -> and that kills me. i played for 2 wks and i cant even get past 2nd last. call me retard but this game is really not newbie friendly at all.
gta is…. nah not my type. sims is not my type too. played for less than an hour each before deleting.
space siege…… is… dubious. diablo sci fi version wannabe. but no loot no lvls… upgrade parts which enemies drop dun even look like anything that can improve ur weapons or stats. boring game play overall.
ok so lastly, mass effect. my only complain is that i wish the last boss could be more epic. other than that the game is really deep with hell lot of side quests and things u can totally overlook in the 1st playthrough. i’m currently playing it the 2nd time using my previous character in insane mode (which is unlocked after 1st playthru) and it still feels very fresh as i overlooked so many bloody missions along the way.
character involvement and development is great. graphics are pretty good.
technically, the game takes quite long to load but it’s all worth it.
whole chunk of crapped i typed out.
